Delete a Trakkt account or data

Trakkt is a product of Codox Digital. A Trakkt account, or any personal information held in Trakkt, is deleted on request. A request does not require a Trakkt account.

How to request deletion

Requests go to support@codox.digital. Each request is answered within one month.

How long we keep information

• Account and personal information: deleted within one month of the request.
• Records created or signed for an organisation, such as inspections and work orders: kept while the organisation's account is open, and deleted within 90 days of it closing.
• Organisation accounts: all data deleted within 90 days of the account closing, except billing records.
• Billing records: 6 years, as tax law requires.
• Crash reports: up to 90 days.
• System logs: up to 2 years.
